The route is fairly flat with a short tarmac section and a fast course. There is tracks, narrow paths and grass sections but all good to run on. If wet there is sections that can be muddy or slippery but hazard tape will be used so areas visible. Marshals will be located at points throughout course if assistance needed.

Kit requirement
it is essential that competitors meet RO’s guidelines: all competitors have kit fit to meet the weather on the day minimum full body cover, whistle and race map, maps will be available on the day. It is advised to have trail shoes but optional.

Parking
There will be limited spaces in main village pay and display carpark and overflow carpark available also be roadside parking on the A9158 between Dinnet and the river, marshals
will be on hand.
