- In some cases this will extend to health conditions, pertaining to the race entry only.

- To fulfil the contract set by the race organiser
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Race organisers that used another entry system.
We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil our timing services with race organisers/events.
We may share this information with the race organiser and onsite medics.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep generic identifiers indefinitely. Sensitive information is removed within 12 months after the event.
